Working alongside Serve and Protect Credit Union has helped us to gain valuable insight into the financial challenges faced by our colleagues. Serve and Protect Credit Union provides service personnel (SP) with additional financial tools. Currently a regular saver plan giving annual dividend of 1.2%, for an easy access savings account regardless of the amount saved each month, and borrowing includes the option for a consolidation loan which many SP find cheaper from Military CU than other providers. The ethos of saving is fully supported by Military CU and borrowing sensibly to achieve life’s financial goals.

One of our team will respond to provide an overview as to the set-up process and details of our Service Level Agreement.
Once agreed, we will then set your organisation up as a payroll partner and your employees will be able to start saving or borrowing with repayments straight from their salary – it is completely free.
Each month our team send a secure file to your Payroll Department, with a list of members and their requested salary deduction for the month.
Your Payroll Department apply these amendments and deduct the relevant amount from the members next pay slip and then make a one-off payment with the total value of deductions requested that month to ourselves.
We then allocate these funds into each individual’s account – which they can manage and withdraw from online.
