Important Information to all PCU Members – Fairbanking Mark

Dear Members,

We are pleased to announce that Police Credit Union is applying for an industry accreditation that recognises how our fixed term loan products can help customers to improve their financial well-being.

To achieve a Fairbanking Mark, Police Credit Union must undergo an assessment, which involves independent research carried out with a representative number of members that currently have, or have previously had, a loan with us.

Global research specialists Ipsos Mori will be surveying our membership to test the extent of how well our product features match the needs of our members and are being delivered in practice.

You may be contacted over the coming weeks by email to complete our survey and we are politely requesting that members that are approached take part. All information shared with Ipsos Mori is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not be used by any third party. Ipsos Mori will attempt contact only twice, however, if you wish to opt out of being contacted at any point please contact Police Credit Union.

If you have any other queries please contact one of our branches using one of the contact points here

We are pleased to have the opportunity to demonstrate just how beneficial we believe our services are and we are relying upon your support by completing the survey.

If you wish to learn more about the Fairbanking Foundation and current mark holders please visit their website http://fairbanking.org.uk/

Thank you,

Paul Norgrove
