Police Credit Union has an exciting new position for a Collections Officer. We are looking for a confident and resilient Collections and Credit Controller to join our Finance team, working out of our Head Office, Guardians House, 2111 Coventry Road, Sheldon Birmingham B26 3EA.
PCU receives loan payments from our members via their payroll departments and also through direct debits. This role entails providing a dedicated debt recovery service for PCU, liaising with different payroll departments across the Country.

The role comes with a competitive salary of £21000 – £27000, dependent on experience.
