It was a fantastic day of celebration at the BAWP Awards (British Association for Women in Policing) yesterday at the Coombe Abbey Hotel in Binley, Coventry.
BAWP is the only national organisation to embrace women of all ranks and grades within the Police Service. Their mission is to ensure that those women are heard and work toward gender equity in policing.
We were extremely proud to support the event by sponsoring the award for best Volunteer, which was awarded to Norfolk’s Sally Mack and also the Highly Commended award that went to Suffolk’s Deborah Lait.
Pictured above (from L-R) are PCU’s Jackie Stallard, Sally Mack and Chief Constable Dee Collins. We would like to thank them for their outstanding contribution to policing and congratulate them on their deserved awards.
